Power Bi Pro Gov for Android

We have upgraded to Power BI Pro Gov licenses but can find no way to activate them our our phone Power BI app as we did during our free trial. Is there a way to get this to work?

You need to purchase a pro license firslty, please refer to doc below:

Power BI US Government isn't available as a Free license. To access the government community cloud, each user must be assigned a Pro license. If a user account has been assigned a Free license, the user is authorized to access only the commercial cloud and will encounter authentication and access issues.

We have paid licenses.  We converted from commercial/free to Gov/paid.  The phone app does not appear to work with the Gov accounts.
