Power BI didn't access because of 'Initializing model'.

When I access the Power BI, it didn't open because of 'initializing model'.

Although I insatalled 'Power BI desktop' again, that loading(initializing model) didn't be solved yet.

Is there anyone who has  similar problem with me?

I am in South Korea.

I had the same problem since the new version (December).

Did you check the preview feature "Q&A"?

For me it was the cause...

Please make sure your computer meets the minimum requirement's to run Power BI desktop firstly: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-get-the-desktop#minimum-requirements

Please follow this article to troubleshooting the issue : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-error-launching-desktop

Also please check if any anti-virus app installed in the computer blocks this process.
