Hello, Is  there any way to edit the CSS file for Power BI desktop report ?

Hi @melwakil,

 

It's obviously not a good idea for the end users to edit the report in the code level. Maybe you can try create a custom visual. Please refer to service-custom-visuals-getting-started-with-developer-tools.
