Power BI data refresh

Can Power Bi Data refresh be done from another application like SSRS say using Power BI API? Is this possible?

What kind of access level does anyone need for someone to run the refresh from another application.

Any quick advise from anyone is much appreciated!

Hi @satishulabala,

Power BI rest API provides Refresh Dataset and Refresh Dataset In Group for us to refresh the dataset.

@v-qiuyu-msft Thank you. I know about the Power BI API's refresh dataset capability. I am able to do that. But is it ever possible to trigger this using SSRS or some other application?
