Power BI Report refresh does not work

I have a Power BI report thas pulls data from a SharePoint list. However, when I refresh the data, nothing changes. There is no error. It just does not update. I've clear the cache with no change. The only thing I know of is that the list is quite large and a manual refresh takes 2-3 hours. I don't know how to lmit the range select. Thank you for your help!
