Power BI Report Security Check Bug

I published a PBIX report to one of my group workspaces which I am one of the admins for.

When I click to share the report there is a link on the bottom of the share pane.

When trying to open this URL a report security check popup opens and it leads to a prompt to request access to the report.  I should already have access since I'm the owner.

The same issue has been reported before internally: CRI 71880389. Please see below information from PG team: 

This is by design.

When the user is a member of the workspace, he/she can view the report thru the workspace with URL group/groupguid/report/reportguid.

However, the URL in the report sharing page is for the users get shared thru report sharing. So the group is groups/me/report/reportguid.

We understand this is a bit confusing for customer and we are working on redesigning the sharing experience.
