Power BI Refresh Issue

Hi, I am getting the below issue for the scheduled refresh of my Power BI reports:

 

Refresh failed:

Report Name---has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

Hi @NMehta

 

Does the dataset require any gateway to refresh? Please refresh the dataset manually via Refresh Now. 

 

If the report was authored in Power BI desktop originally, you can also download the report and refresh the same report in Power BI desktop to see if there is any error occurs.

Hi @NMehta . I had the same problem.. In my case I'm using SharePoint lists as data Source and the Power BI account was not abble to acess this list. Probably your PowerBI Account is not abble to acess the list ("Product"). You need allow a permission for this account on Sharepoint.

I have the same problem, I'm using SharePoint lists as data Source and the Power BI account and SharePoint Account are the same. Did you find any solution for this?

@kannanAhammed You need set a permission to access your Sharepoint list. If your Power BI account is not able to access the database the message will be apper.
