Power BI Apps

We are running the reports in Power BI and we have created the apps from the workspace. I have the admin level access for all workspaces and apps in my account. 

I did not delete any app.  totally ten more apps are working in my apps area. but particularly one app got removed. i dont know why this happened. till now it is not visible. how can this possible? can anyone face this issue and have any solution?

I would suggest you use Power BI audit log to find the activity "Unpublished Power BI app" and "Updated Power BI app", check if the specific app is unpublished or updated recently. For more information, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-auditing
