Paginated Reports - "Query execution failed for dataset 'xxx'"

Today all paginated reports in Power BI service do not render and give an error "Query execution failed for dataset 'xxx'.". 

The reports are in premium capacity workspace and have been running without issues till today.

 

The same reports, when opened with Power BI Report Builder, execute correctly. 

 

Does anybody experience the same problem? Any ideas for a temporal workaround?

Just figured out the problem - it is the NOV version of the gateway. 

If you have paginated reports with on prem SSAS as a datasource, I would advise not to use this version of the on premise gateway (3000.66.xx)

We're experiencing the same issue after installing the november version of the gateway, is the work around to just uninstall and install the previous version of the gateway or are they actively working on a fix?

@mcdowellj27 , I have provided the gateway logs to the support engineer and hope the team is working on a fix.

Still having issues with this. Same problems happen after updated to December Gateway Release.
