Page Navigator Button Custom hidden page list (November 2021 feature)

Hello,

 

I am trying to use the new Page Navigator button using hidden pages so I can publish the report to the Power BI service without the default navigation.  I want to hide all the pages and select only the hidden pages I want the user to use.  Currently there is only a show hidden pages in the Pages section.  But I need have control over what shows in the Navigator button.

As far as I know, page navigator is used to hide pages in the report currently, it is not supported to control over what shows in the Navigator butto.

 

You can submit the requirement to ideas and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas


It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
