PBIT template files don't save visibility settings

When saving a pbix file as a template (.pbit), the template file does not consistently save visibility settings for columns, measures, and tables.

This makes it difficult when publishing or cmparing files with the ALM Toolkit since these settings are all recognized as changes.

The latest version seems to work fine for me. You may try it again and share feedback via Ideas to help improve Power BI.
