PBI crashes when rearrange collapsed folder in PQ

I have noticesed, that PowerBI become unresponisive / crashes when collapsed PQ folder (with many queries ) is rearranged between other collapesed folders. 

1. Data sources used
  - MS SQL server
 - PowerBI dataset
  - Excel files

2. Connection modes
  - All are in import mode

3. Editing rights to the datasets
  - PowerBI dataset is read only - the rest edit rights

4. PBI Service and Desktop versions
  - PBI Service - version13.0.20053.53
  - PBI desktop - Version: 2.112.603.0 64-bit (December 2022)

Hello Team,

There is no error message, at lest in the front end. 

PBI just freezes and hangs unresponsive and I have to kill the app through Task manager.

This is what, I found in event log:

The program PBIDesktop.exe version 2.112.603.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
