PBI Excel connector missed loading last column from file created by Business Objects 4.3

We recently updated our Business Objects BI platform to 4.3 Support Pack 3 Patch 1 Version : 14.3.3.4496.1 and ever since find that the Power BI / Power Query Excel Connector is not able to detect & load the last column of the excel file created by SAP Business Objects.

Note that the excel file created does have the last column but when read within Power-Query by the Excel Connector, the last column is not being detected or loaded into Power Query / Power BI. The troubleshooting so far has pointed that End of Line is not being detected properly resulting in this issue and may need appropriate collaboration between Power-BI team & SAP BO team to resolve this, depending on how the connector is owned.

Hi @ShankarS ,

Based on the above information, if you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

We are facing the same issue.  Has there been any movement on a solution?

@ShankarS were you able to resolve your issue?  We have resolved this issue if the .xlsx file being loaded has only one sheet, we can change the file format from .xlsx to Plain Text.  We haven't solved it when we have an .xlsx file with multiple sheets that we need to load to Power BI.  Any insight you have is appreciated.
