Hello,
I have been using a template for several weeks and it has worked flawlessly, for the most part. On July 21, after opening the file (and the excel's data connection to a PowerBI dataset subsequently refreshes) I get a couple different errors which I've never seen before, and not sure how to interpret. The fields listed in the first error are a part of the pivot table (filters). The pivot table was created using the Get Data/From Power BI menu.
There have been absolutely no changes to the dataset. It is set to refresh nightly via an on-premise gateway.
Sometimes, simply selecting the filter drop-downs and re-selecting the same filters used when the file was opened works to address the first error. For the second, I must drag the field from the filter to the rows section of the pivot table, reset the filter, and drag it back from the rows to the filter section.
Lastly, it appears that one of the date fields is interpeted as text after one refresh, and a date after another. It appears to do this at random. Consequently, I must change formulas referencing that field to include the datevalue function one day, and then change it back the next.
Any help would be much appreciated.
