PBI Connect to Excel Workbook on OneDrive - API Request Service Error with status 500

Hello,

I am in the GCC tenant and have multiple users reporting they cannot use excel workbook through OneDrive as a source for data.

Clicking on new report, choosing excel, clicking on Browse OneDrive, results in an unexpected Error: ApiRequest UnknownServiceError with status 500

It appears this API connector to OneDrive is non functional in my tenant. I have no ability to create a ticket to microsoft on PBI issues.

Any help or guidance appreciated.

Please ensure that the service you're trying to connect to is up and running. Sometimes, the service might be down for maintenance or experiencing issues.

Double-check the API endpoint you're using in Power BI. Ensure that the URL is correct and that there are no typos.and make sure that your API request includes the correct authentication tokens or credentials. An incorrect or expired token can lead to a 500 error.
