Hi @Surya,

 

Are you publishing reports via Save as -> Power BI report server in desktop? 

 

Regarding the error message, it seems that you don't have permission to access the web portal home page. I would suggest you contact your report server administrator to assign you Content Manager role or Publisher role according to this article.
