On premise gateway not showing up in Microsoft Fabric

Hi,
I am trying to create a On-Premise data gateway(Standard) on an Azure VM or my local machine, which is connected to the on prem SQL server via a VPN. I have tried reinstalling the on-premise gateway multiple times on different machines, and always get this after installing.

All the documents and videos show this instead:

The permissions I have are:

In Microsoft Fabric:

The gateway is not listed on Fabric, can't find it on Gateway Cluster name dropdown either.

Is there any solution to this?

Thank you @Anonymous.

An update is, I tried with a local account on Trial Capacity, and it worked with that account. It just doesn't work with my company's account, also the tenant we are using is a government one with capacity F4, could this be an issue?

Editing to add:

I had registered the gateway as my non adm account (for email notifacation reasons adm account doesn't have email), and I was logged into Power BI as my adm account. I logged in as my regular account and added my adm account as the admin and the gateway showed up in my available gateways. To be able to see the gateway and configure members when first setting up in Fabric, you must log into Power BI with the same account you registered the gateway. From there you can add any other admins or users who can utilize the gateway.

Hope this helps someone!

Is there a solution to this? Still experiencing the same issue of the gateway cluster not showing in Fabric admin portal. Please advise.
