Office 365 Adoption preview dataset wont refresh

Hi.

My O365 Adoption Preview dataset has failed since 19. may without any error message, see inserted image.

Please advise.

I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page). They can help to look into the failure reason.

@v-haibl-msft Thanks for the information and my apologies for the late response(vacation).

I'm guessing I need a Pro account in order to create a support ticket?

I only have this Adoption content pack because I was a part of the preview program, maybe that's why it's not working anymore?

@Vicky_Song @v-haibl-msft Hi. Just wanted to inform the both of you. The issue/problem is now solved.

I deleted all earlier Datasets and Dashboards from the early adopter testing and added the Adoption service again and it worked.
