No Formatting capability on Slicer Visual when Visuals are Grouped together

When slicer is NOT grouped on the Format Visual you get the Visual and General options for formatting aspects of the visual.

 

When slicer is GROUPED on the Format Visual you only get the General options with no facility/capabilty to change any of the Visual specific options - this renders the March 2023 version of Power BI useless.

I tried to restore the scenario you mentioned but failed, can you provide your pbix file for reference ?

Thanks for looking Ailsa, have played this morning and I cannot find the issue again - looks like closing Power BI and re-opening it has resolved the issue which is I guess even more concerning but at least I can do my stuff now. If I get the problem again I'll take screen shots.
