Need Help, Got black screen on report Tab, also Visualizations and Fields tabs disappeared

Hi, 

            I installed Power BI on Window 10. First couple weeks everything worked fine. Then It started to have black screen on report tab, visulizations and field tabs are gone. I tried to restart PC, uninstall and reinstall it, but the same issue still is persiting. Please help the problem. Thanks!

Please check if the machine meet the requirements: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-get-the-desktop#minimum-requirements

Please turn on Let Windows fix apps that are blurry follow this document. 

Please install the latest Power BI desktop version 2.68.5432.761. Run 64 bit version if possible.
