Missing header icons on visual

The selected visual is missing the headers icons when selected as shown in the first image. If any of the other visuals is selected, those do show the header icons. I already tried disabling the On-Object Interaction preview option and the issue still remains. Also, if a select the "Sort Axis" options, I'll get the options menu with the letters barely visible against the white background and when an option is selected, the tooltip will actually be visible as expected, as shown in the second image. The visual involved in this issue is the Horizonal Bullet Chart with Label.

I'm a little confused about your description, according to the image you provided, the title is visible but the tooltip can't be clearly displayed due to the background color, could you describe your problem a little more carefully?
