Metrics Not Displaying in Premium Platform

Functional area users have begun leveraging Metrics (Goals) and are getting intermmittent issues when sharing them with Free License users.  The metrics are being copied to Premium Capacity Workspaces, so licensing is not an issue.  There is only a single creator now and some of the metrics shared render without issue and others don't (For free licens users). Anyoe else encounter this random functionality?

Hi @tlmftp ,

To access usage metrics for a report, you must have edit access to the report.

Only users with admin, member, or contributor permissions can view the usage metrics report. Viewer permissions aren't enough.

The issue is not viewing the usage metrics for a report, but instead view of user defined/created Metrics (Goals) feature.  Some of the Metrics, when shared, are viewable by the audience shared with, while others are not viewable.  We are creating Metrics to share with our orgnaization and want to make sure that the recipient experience is consistent accross the board.
