Matrix showing unreadable, one-pixel-height rows

I have a matrix visual with 4 fields as row headers, say R1-R4.

Since a few weeks, when I "collapse All" rows (to show only top-level R1), not all the R1 rows show : only those where one of the cells on that row (R1 header or values) necessitate to wrap onto another line of text. The "blank rows"  option is enabled, so I see these rows exist.

When I "expand all down one level in hierarchy", all of the 79 R1-fields show, but only some of the R2 fields show (15 out of 26). Others seem to be one-pixel  in height, showing only horizontal lines.

When I "expand all down one level in hierarchy" again, all R1 and R2 fields show, but only some of the R3 fields show. Others seem to be one-pixel  in height.

Same issue when I "expand all down one level in hierarchy" again.

Hi  @DavidPROVOST ,

Does this issue only occur in Power BI Service? Does it work properly in pervious version of Power BI Desktop?
We need the detailed version of Power BI you are using and please make sure you're using the latset one.
Any additions to the above questions would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards.

Hello,

I created this pbix on oct 22nd, and encountered the problem the same day.
Issue is still there today, with version: 2.137.1102.0 64-bit (octobre 2024).
I just updated 2 different PCs (Win10/ Win11) with Novembre version 2.138.782.0 : issue is still there.

Same issue once published on service (P2 capacity).

I noticed yesterday that disabling text wrap on values solves the problem.
But that's just a temporary workaround? As I want to keep text wrapping.
