Matrix export lists filters but no data

In one matrix among many across many models, export data results in the filters being listed, but not the data.  And, it's only happens on one filter setting as shown below.  Here's an example of where it fails (always with "Both" selected)

And here is the same matrix...only change is selection on slicer:

The export file length is small...several hundred rows.  Doesn't matter if I choose export to Excel or CSV.  Happens in desktop of Power BI service

Anyone else have this?

I cannot reproduce the issue. You may try the latest version to recreate the report.

I automatically  update power bi every month...so it's the latest version.  Having made hundreds of matrices and used them all to export data, I was very surprised since I've NEVER EVER had this issue before. 

I can thin-up the model to isolate the issue and make something I can share with you if that's the only way for you to figure this out.  Let me know what you'd like me to do.  Anyway, this is the only time I've ever seen this happen.
