Low resolution of PowerBI images in PowerPoint

Goodmorning,

As reporting service we give colleagues the opportunity to use PowerPoint in combination with PowerBI and we experienced some difficulties. When PowerBI is used in PowerPoint and the PowerPoint is exported to pdf or the live PowerBI image is changed to a snapshot, the resolution gets really low. 

We tried several things, but nothing resulted in a solution. 

- Standard field setting 16:9

- Changing options in PowerPoint for better resolution of images 

- Saving the PowerPoint as an open document

Does anyone have a better solution or the time to look at this?

I have same issue. Changing from live to one of the snapshot options in the add-in causes the resolution to drop to an unacceptable level.
