Local Model with Push Dataset Not working as of Feb Update

As the title suggests, when using a streaming dataset with history turned on, ie a push dataset as outlined here, alongside other datasources, set to import or direct query, the import fails.  To reproduce, create a streaming dataset from Power BI cloud, similar to the below photo:

Next, import that dataset in a fresh report in Power BI desktop.  The import will succeed.  Next, attempt to make another import, you will receive the following prompt:

After selecting add a local model, the following error crops up:

Hi @Anonymous no the issue was not present in the previous version.  This is a new issue that only cropped up in February.  However, the feature was last confirmed as working for me on the 13th of Dec.  So something has changed since then that has broken it.
