For both the Line and Clustered Column chart and Line and Stacked Column chart, when you drag a field into the x-axis and then populate the Column y-axis and Line y-axis, the secondary y-axis on the right is displayed. However, when you go to format the secondary y-axis, the Values is toggled Off. Thus, to get rid of the secondary y-axis, you have to toggle the Values on and then off again.
