Issues with Schedule refresh

There is an issue with schedule refresh, while the refresh option is working fine with no errors.


This the error message:

Refresh failed:

Report_name has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

Status: Investigating

May I know whether this issue is keeping happening or is transient? If you check in Refresh history, will you see the corresponding failure info? If you refresh with on-demand refresh, will you refresh successfully?

Hi, 

 

I have set scheduled refresh on a daily basis and refresh notifications to be sent to my email id and this is the email response I have been receiving from past week. In refresh history I don't see any error information as such and on-demand refresh status is successful. But I am looking for refresh to happen everyday without manually refreshing it.
