Issue within post sector boundaries

We have a dashboard showing full UK with post sector boundaries. There is one that a user has identified as missing (i.e. no boundary is shown on the map even though there is data associated with this). We think the boundary is missing from Bing? Is there anywhere else I can post this/report it?

@Anonymous a similar issue but not the same. We have all post sectors in the UK listed, when you click LN1 2 the map shows nothing (no boundary at all) like so:

All other post sectors show a boundary (shaded based on data) like this one:

Please let me know if you need further information, this is a client reporting tool so I am trying to limit any screenshots to keep it confidential.
