Issue with Power BI reports rendering blank... Have to click on “Reset to default”

We have to click on “Reset to default” if the screen appears blank when we launch any reports that were shared either via an App or that were shared users directly. This issue was first reported this morning. We have been up and running without this issue prior to today. This issue is unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately. To all the other users out there experiencing this same issue, please reply to my post and also log a ticket with Microsoft. We logged a ticket at 10:30am EST and still no resolution. BTW, they have told us that no other users are experiencing this issue.

I am seeing the same issue - just started last week and as of Monday morning 10am CST has yet to be fixed.

I've deployed my report to a new workspace and a new power bi app.

The result: the report load some filters and a table visualization, except all the Custom Visual Visualizations type.

 

Initial state of the report:

After click again in the report name in the power bi app menu. I add some blue rectangles to protect the data.

 

As you can see with the click twice the custom visuals appears.

The custom visuals appears only at the second click or the second load page.

@Anonymous I don't work for Microsoft.  I'm just a power user like yourself that is experiencing my own issues 🙄 Hopefully they can help resolve what you are encountering.

The fix hasn't been deployed yet for us in NJ (USA) yet.  Hopefully they take care of it soon!!!!

Why isn't this posted on the support site or in the Admin Center's service health page. The service should not be reporting as "healthy" with this widespread of an issue

@klinejordan Seriously, that is a good question, since all of us have have been complaining for the last week about the issue.  We kept checking the support site and were like I guess messing up everyone's reports is not urgent enough to fix.  lol. 

 

I really hope they disclose what they did to or what was pushed through early last week to set this whole thing in motion...  Still very frustrated that the fix hasn't been deployed yet to oue region!!
