Hi @ekta_tomar, 

 

Did the issue occur when you published the report from Power BI desktop to service? 

Please run the latest Power BI desktop version 2.79.5768.1082 then test again. Also you can publish report via Get Data -> Files in Power BI service to connect to and upload a Power BI Desktop file.

I have tried both ways to publish this report and same result. I have version 2.79.5768.1082 . I also tried connecting through PBI service itself, but it didn't work. It gave me metadata error and when I tried in desktop it gave me new error-

 

Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'An unexpected error occurred (file 'tmsavepointvalidation.cpp', line 458, function 'TMSavePoint::VerifyProxyCreationAllowed').
