Issue to save a file in shared folder - it says check permission and license

May I know what kind of data source this report is created with? Which feature are you using to save your file? Is it save as a copy or other features in Power BI service(app.powerbi.com)? To copy reports, there are some prerequisites you need to fulfill. For more details, you may refer https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-datasets-copy-reports#prerequisites
