Hi,@Raja10ram .I am glad to help you.

Based on the screenshot of the error message you provided, it could be caused by an unstable internet connection. This is because you mentioned that one of the four refreshes failed. This indicates that your overall gateway configuration (data source credentials, etc.) settings are correct (there are success stories)
And in Power BI Service, it's not unusual to have occasional refresh failures.
There are many factors affecting refresh failure:

Stability of the gateway: If the gateway is not stable, it may lead to interruption of data transmission.
Database access: The response time and availability of the database can also affect the refresh success rate.
Network connection: The stability and speed of the network connection is a key factor.
Available capacity of the system: The system load and available capacity of Power BI Service can also affect the refresh operation.
You can check/optimize the refresh configuration from the following aspects:

Check network connection:

Ensure that the network connection is stable to avoid interruptions during the refresh process.
Use a wired connection instead of a wireless connection to improve network stability.
Update Gateway:

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Power BI gateway.
Check the gateway logs regularly to troubleshoot possible connectivity issues.
Optimize data source settings:
Ensure that the privacy levels of the data sources used in the gateway are consistent.

Try to segregate data-heavy Scheduled Refresh operations from other Scheduled Refresh operations in your team. Avoid multiple refresh operations running concurrently in a short period of time, which can consume capacity resources and lead to refresh failures.
If possible, reduce the frequency of refreshes and ensure that there is sufficient time between refreshes.
