I can repro the same issue only with different Processing error: There weren't enough elements in the enumeration to complete the operation.

I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 28509432

I’ll post here once I get any update about it.

If you still have the same issue, could you please try to use this PBIT file to see if the error reproduce? If you can repro with this PBIT file, could you please provide the fiddler traces to us?
