[Intl bash] - set a personalized field separator for the csv file when exporting data

When I export data from an object in Power BI Desktop, the csv file has the comma as field separator.

But around the World not all use the comma., For example in my Country usually we use the semicolon.
So it would be useful to be able to set a personalized field separator in the preferences.
