Impossible to show the visual element

Hi everyone !

 

One of my friend has an issue when he opens a .pbix created by me.

 

Here is what he saw (sorry it's in french) :

It says "Impossible to show the visual element" and when he clicks on "See details", it says "Impossible to load datas for this visual element" and in "Details of the copy" nothing happened. Sorry for the translation ...

 

We have the exact same computer and we tried to install / reinstall PowerBI but nothing works. Moreover, this error appears when he want to create a new visualisation in a new dashboard so I don't think that the real issue comes from my .pbix file.

 

Can you help me to understand this issue please ?

Please let your friend update his Power BI Desktop to latest Apr 2017 version. If issue persists, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
