ISSUE - Power BI web connection

Hello, I'm currently using the free trail of power BI. I have create a sample extract in power BI desktop by connecting to amazon redshift. It worked well. When i published it and when i try to open in power BI web it says the credentials entered are invalid. I'm 100 % sure that the credentials are right. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi @sjagarlamudi,

 

After publish the report to Power BI service, you need to go to dataset settings page an click edit Credentials to enter credential for the data source. You can go through this blog: Announcing support for Amazon Redshift connectivity in the Power BI service.

I have tried that but no luck. still says the credentials are invalid.
