When we open the PBI via IE it is already scrolled down on the screen. Users are required to scroll up, click on the white space above the PBI graphic, only then does the PBI open in usable/filterable mode. It appears the report is aligning in screen to the top of the graphic, hiding the white space, need a resolution for this.
