I have a excel file in on-premise onedrive. How to connect from Power BI Desktop ?  The connection should support for gate-ways.

What do you mean by "on-premises onedrive"? If you use OneDrive for business, please follow the guide in this article to connect to the Excel in Power BI Desktop.

If you are using onedrive for personal, please follow my steps in this similar thread.

After you publish Power BI Desktop report to Power BI Service, gateway is not required in both scenarios.
