I had too problem since 12/2016 😞
Please make sure you’re using the latest version of Chrome, and try to clear the cache and cookies for your Chrome.
BTW, can you access properly with other browsers?

Thanks, v-haibl-msft - clearing the cookies and cache did the trick! And, yes - other browsers were not a problem.
I have the same issue on Chrome (not IE).
Clearing cookies works.
But the issue keeps coming back after a while.
My colleagues are experiencing this error today. I have no issues publishing the report then viewing online via Chrome, but 2 people I work with cannot access the report workspace in Chrome today.
