How to show data analysis visualization when the report is published to web online?

Hi, I am facing an issue here regarding a type of visualization that cannot be viewed after I published my report to web (online). I forgot the exact name of this visualization but this one can perform a data analysis. There are other type of visualization that I use such as line chart, pie chart, donut chart and they all have no problem to be viewed except this one. Below is the details.

More information is needed, such as what specific visual you are using, otherwise we cannot reproduce your problem.
