How to get the list of people who the Dashboard / Report is shared with ?

We have dashboards on Premium capacites, so we are sharing Just Dashboards / Reports with the users (Not the workspaces).
I want to aduit the list of people who has access to Dashboard / Report.

When I click on "Share" and go to "Access" tab and click on "Manage Permissions" I can see the list. 

But Is there any way that I can get this list downloaded by API or shell script or Manually ?

Based on my research, Power BI rest API doesn't provide method to list shared users of one dashboard. I would suggest you vote on this idea: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/32000971-get-shared-user-details-of-dashboard-using-api

@v-qiuyu-msft: Yes, REST API is giving me only the members assigned to Workspace (Member/Admin). Hope we get this feature for the API soon. Also, I hope to see scheduling the PBI report which is using API call in Power-Query (Web.Contents)
