Hide visuals on Report page

Currently we have the option to 'Hide' report pages, which is extremely helpful during development/changes/testing.  Another great feature would be the option to 'Hide' visuals on an active report page.  This is needed for many reasons and would reduce duplicating report pages.  Hiding visuals would be like hiding tables, columns or pages from users in view mode, but still available in edit mode or desktop client.  Maybe a page feature/layer for hidden visuals for ease of editing and controlling visuals.

@tfranklin928 On the ribbon in PBI desktop, go to the View Tab and under "Show Panes" click the "Selection" option. That will make a pane appear that lists all of the visuals included on a page. Click the little eye icon next to the visual you would like to hide in that pane.

Hi @tfranklin928 ,

You can refer to the answer that mendojordanCWI gave and it is perfectly correct.
You can implement the ability to hide a separate visual in Power BI Desktop and then publish to Power BI Service and it will not be visible in edit mode.

BTW, if you want it to be visible again, you need to re-edit in Power BI Desktop and then publish.

Best regards.
