Graph scale Y axis

Good Afternoon,

 

Please someone could help me? 

 

In the power BI desktop all the scales stay hided like i need in my dashboard, but when i upload it the Y axis appears.

Are you using the Line and stacked column chart? If you are, I couldn't reproduce this issue. After disable the Y-axis, the visual after published is same with that in power bi desktop.
