Goals - cannot rename or delete

I started experimenting with Goals last week, and of course setup a scorecard and named it "Test".  It is displayed as "Test" in https://app.powerbi.com/goals/hub.  However, I was able to rename it in the /scorecards/ subsection, but the original name "Test" still shows up in the hub, and to my disappointment, our production App.  I've hidden the scorecard from the production App, but cannot seem to delete it in the hub.  The delete button gives me a warning, then does nothing.
