Formula stops working after reopening workbook

I use CUBEVALUE formula works absolutely fine: it brings necessary measure with no issues. Revenue, Invoiced, per customer per product group and per year-month. Customer is taken from the drop down (e.g. "Customer A"). All works fine.

Then workbook is closed, and later opened again - formula brings N/A.
If I change a customer from the drop down to "Customer B", all data is brought for new "Customer B" with no errors. Then the workbook is closed, and later opened again - the formula brings N/A. And a magic - I go back to the "Customer A" - all data is brought again with no errors.
A mystery.

In the same workbook I used different formulas, e.g. CUBEVALUE what brings the same measure for all customers - works well with no issues at all no matter how many times the workbook is opened and closed.
Finally, when other colleagues with access to respective PBI Dataset open this very workbook – it works without any issues!
So I presumed that something is with settings on my Excel, played, no success. Also same happens when I open file on different computer, so maybe it's something with my account. Nether in community, nor in Google I could find any similar issue.
In the same workbook the PivotTable with the same connections works all the time with no issues.

Any ideas?

Dear @v-chuncz-msft, there is no information about my issue in Remark section of the formula related documentation. Sure I read it before.

Again: formula works. It stops working after re-opening, the same file, it also doesn’t stop working when any other user opens file.

This issue is rather dedicated to Power BI than to Excel, this is why it’s in this section.
