Formatting/Resizing options for dashboard text tile (Minimize height & width of the tile)

When i add a tile to the dashboard using the "Add tile" option at the dashboard level to enter some text, it does not have many options for formatting text or to reduce the size of the tile after reducing it to certain extent. Please find more details below alowng with screenshots.

 

It would be of great help to have more formatting options for the text tiles added at the dashboard level, so that more real estate can be used for the actual visuals and the Title/Subtitles can use as minimum space as possible.

 

Issue 1 : Unable to reduce the height of the tile after certain extent

Issue 2 : Unable to format the text to have it middle aligned according to the size of the tile.
