Failed Refresh - The services encountered an error while creating a schema for the query [VSTS]

Hello,  

As of sometime last night, all of my dashboards connecting to the two VSTS instances that I report from have stopped being able to refresh due to the following error.  

I currently have three different dashboards attached to these VSTS instances and they were able to refresh as of 4PM yesterday; I got the first failure notification around 10 PM last night.  I still have access to the VSTS instances and am not experiencing any credential issues.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When attempting to create a new data connection to either VSTS instance, I get the following: 

Error: The service encountered an error while creating a schema for the query.

Please refresh the same report in Power BI desktop to see if any error occur to table "WD_Bugs - Last 30 days"

It seems you are getting data from VSTS in Power BI desktop via VSTS data source, please ensure all step you done are correct based on this article. Also please try use OData data source to get data to see if any error occurs: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/vsts/report/powerbi/access-analytics-power-bi?view=vsts
