Exporting Conditional Formatting

Please add the ability to export conditional formatting. Many of our users like to export the data and use it as a working copy. We currently are using as a work around additional columns that can add text so it's visible on export. Allowing exporting of conditional formatting would allow us to eliminate unneeded columns.
