Error when processing the data in the dataset - DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError

Greetings, I have been receiving this error message every day since 02/02/23 when trying to refresh our dataset. Similar error message, but different tables/dbs each time. PowerBI is connected to multiple access databases to retrieve calculated data. Has been running successfully for the last 3+ years.

Additionally, when checking all of our gateways, majority of them are showing as "offline". I have tried to resolve those to no avail:

We're also impacted by the exact same issue with a local gateway dataset refresh. Has anyone figured out what the actual issue is?

What's the progress with this 'known issue'? It seems to be an unsolved issue for few months so far, could you please add it here so we can track its status?

@dtjdtj, I have no idea.  I have not received any updates at all.  And we still cannot get the dataset refreshed.  We are in process of scraping PowerBI due to the lack of support and are transitioning our projects elsewhere.  Shame we can't get any support when needed.

Hi. Has there been any feedback from Microsoft on this issue? I've got the same issue but is sporadic and only occurs on scheduled refreshes. Been going on for close to a year now. @grrly
